Attacked yes by La Playa and he has taken a whooping at my hands He tried to Cat me for No reason, I have never attacked/raided him. I am a Roman and like to build defensive till I get the cities exploding then go offensive

I never insulted him, or antagonized him in any way
He just decided that I was an easy target and that it might be good to try to take me out; except evidently I am smarter than him and snipe his Cat attacks which has his Panties in a twist.
I just tried to play the game, building fast as I can. I have no idea what La Playa issue is but he is being petty for no reason.
